When it comes to our payment process – expect to be impressed

At Parasol 98% of the money that comes in to us from agencies is paid out to our employees that very same day.

Our lovely team work round the clock to make sure the money is not only paid out super fast, but that it’s always correct to the penny.  Your money is then processed by BACS and will be in your bank account in 2-3 days. And if that’s not quick enough, you can request a Same Day Payment. (There is a small charge for this service). So you can rest assured that your hard earned cash will be in your pocket on time, every time – ready for you to get on with spending it.

To make things crystal clear, here’s how we get your money to you:

      • Just as soon as we receive funds from the agency or client you’re working on assignment with, we’ll make sure everything matches your online records before processing them.
      • We’ll immediately calculate your tax and NI contributions and make payments to HMRC on a PAYE basis.
      • At the same time, we’ll also factor in any tax relief for allowable expenses as well as calculating any tax benefits you may be entitled to.

          • Then we’ll transfer the maximum net pay into your bank account (we do 4 or 5 payroll runs a day, not once a month like some other companies, to ensure you get your money super fast)
          • We’ll email you a detailed payslip showing your final take home pay following statutory deductions and details of any additional payments and benefits such as pension contributions, expense claims, holiday pay and National Minimum Wage.
          • We’ll also text you to let you know that your cash is on the way!
