At Parasol we’re proud of our contractor services and are never happier than when we receive genuine feedback on our service.
If it’s good, we give ourselves a quick pat on the back, before getting on with the job in hand and if it can be improved upon, we make the necessary changes to do just that. Since I joined Parasol I have been extremely impressed with the level of customer service offered each time I’ve needed assistance. Your staff are an absolute delight to speak to and nothing is too much trouble, they’ve made my life a lot easier. Parasol’s whole timesheet/expenses process is so well streamlined!!! Submit online, send receipts to the freepost address and that’s pretty much it - a world away from a mass of excel spreadsheets. The whole experience with Parasol has been really excellent and my faith in umbrella companies is restored.
I am very impressed with the level of service. I was signed up and had an account sorted within 24 hours, every question I ask is promptly answered and everyone from sales to support to payroll have been very knowledgeable. I just really wish I had known about Parasol when I first started contracting: daily payroll, text alerts, emails that get answered and a fantastic members portal. It certainly puts a contractor at ease!
