Employee Support Advisor (Customer Service Advisor)

Parasol, traditionally known as an Umbrella Company, is one of the UK’s largest employment outsourcing providers. Due to recent growth we are now looking for an Employee Support Advisor to join our expanding team.

Role Overview:

Taking inbound calls and emails from existing customers and assisting them with their queries and complaints, this role is all about providing consistently accurate information , looking for opportunities to give additional advice and remaining cheerful and enthusiastic about providing a great customer experience.

You will have experience of and enjoy taking telephone calls and replying to emails. You should have the ability to deal with customer queries effectively. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate who has worked within contact centre roles previously but wants to move away from a traditional call centre environment.

We’re only 35 seats so everyone knows your name, you’re well supported & your performance is recognised. Due to the wide variety questions you will get asked you’re not scripted and there are no targets on call length. We’re looking for people who can quickly learn all about our complex “product” are solutions driven and can think on their feet.

To be considered for the position you must have previous experience in a contact centre/customer service environment and a stable career history.

You will be required to work the following shift patterns across a 40 hour week:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm and 10.30am to 7pm Saturday. You will be required to for 1 in 4 Saturday 10am to 2pm
