We’re looking for a stand out individual to join the team as an Employee Support Advisor.

You may be thinking “what’s an Employee Support Advisor?”

The Role

Are you passionate about Customer Service? Do you enjoy going that extra mile to ensure high levels of service excellence? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide consistent, accurate advice whilst remaining cheerful and positive in a busy environment.

We’re only 35 seats so everyone knows your name, you’re well supported & your performance is recognised. Due to the wide variety of questions you’ll get asked you’re not scripted and there are no targets on call length. We’re looking for people who can quickly learn all about our complex "product," are solutions driven and can think on their feet.

Key requirements of an Employee Support Advisor:

You will have experience of and enjoy taking telephone calls and replying to emails. You should have the ability to deal with customer queries effectively. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have worked within contact centre roles previously but want to move away from a traditional call centre environment.

The role is 40 hours per week based on a shift rota Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-7.30pm with occasional Saturdays 10am-2pm (on a rota basis with time taken in lieu). Candidates must be able to commit to the above working pattern.

In return, we will offer you a competitive salary up to £17,400 (depending on experience) plus the following benefits
