We take care of all your billing to agencies or direct to client and sort out PAYE, TAX and VAT payments. Giving you more time to do other things - whether that's earning more money, or taking more time to enjoy it.

It’s really simple

  • You become a Parasol Flexible Employee by logging your details on our secure website with the added assurance of no tie-ins or joining fee.
  • Provide us your contract details and we take care of the management of this.
  • Enter your timesheets and business expenses on the secure Parasol Portal – you only incur service costs when you enter a timesheet.
  • Parasol liaise with your agency or end client and ensure invoicing and timesheets correspond. 
  • You receive your weekly or monthly payroll in your bank account safe in the knowledge your payment is fully inline with HMRC regulations and you are maximizing your net pay through legitimate expenses.
  • You receive a personal email containing your payslip and a text message to notify you of payment in your account.

While you enjoy your free time, we take care of ALL your time consuming admin and tax calculations and ensure the necessary deductions are made on your behalf (Tax, National Insurance, Pensions, Expenses, and Student Loans. etc)
