I joined Parasol in April 2014, and they were outstanding from day one. No matter what the question, they always responded quickly and professionally, with the exact information required. The web portal is concise, full of extremely useful information and submitting timesheets and expenses was quick and simple. I’d never worked for an umbrella company before, and I had my reservations, but Parasol took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve now found permanent employment which is great news, but I will be sad to leave Parasol. I wish them every success for the future.
Your customer service has been excellent, the speed of answering my questions amazingly quick and the whole experience of using Parasol, at a time when I was under stress due to having been unemployed for a few weeks, made the transition easy and without any complications, which I really do thank you for. I have been with Parasol since 2005 and after speaking with Parasol’s friendly and knowledgeable team, I felt confident they would be the right choice.
If I have any problems or queries, I know that a quick phone call is all I need to help solve any issue. When I hear “I’ll ring you back” it doesn’t fill me with dread!
More recently, Parasol suggested moving my contracting activities to a limited company under their sister company, ClearSky Accounting. The moving process does require a few steps, but Clearsky made the transition as smooth as possible. The on-boarding team were really helpful and I was allocated a personal accountant who now looks after me. I’ve not been operating like this for long, but the early signs look good and I hope this relationship will be as long and successful as I had with Parasol.
