I was first introduced to Parasol by a recruitment company and I was pleased with their recommendation. From my very first phone call with Parasol I could tell that I was dealing with a professional and reliable company. The team answered all my queries and clearly explained the processes involved in becoming a contractor. Any worries I had immediately melted away. Every time I’ve dealt with Parasol I’ve had quick responses, clear direction and the person at the other end of the phone has always been polite and patient. I never dread getting in touch. In addition, Parasol’s intuitive online portal allows me to submit my timesheets and expenses with ease, meaning I can concentrate on my assignments.
I joined Parasol in April 2014, and they were outstanding from day one. No matter what the question, they always responded quickly and professionally, with the exact information required. The web portal is concise, full of extremely useful information and submitting timesheets and expenses was quick and simple. I’d never worked for an umbrella company before, and I had my reservations, but Parasol took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve now found permanent employment which is great news, but I will be sad to leave Parasol. I wish them every success for the future.
