Parasol, the UK’s favourite umbrella company, has continued to build on the positive growth it has enjoyed over the last 12 months by appointing two new senior members to its sales team.
Jason Plom has joined Parasol as National Sales Manager with ten years experience in the recruitment sector and will now be responsible for building on Parasol’s existing relationships with over 2,000 UK recruiters.
Prior to his appointment, Jason spent five years at Orion Locums Ltd as Sales Director where he oversaw the business’ significant growth in the healthcare and nursing markets with new contract wins in both the public and private sectors.
Jason has also spent four years as Operations Manager for Allied Health Group, again taking responsibility for developing a sales and operations function that delivered over 24,000 hours of care into the community with local authorities, as well as private clients.
Jason is joined at Parasol by Phil Barker, who has been appointed National Account Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the strong relationships Parasol has with its existing recruiter partners.
Phil has joined the business after 14 years with leading recruiter Blue Arrow who he joined after graduating from university. Whilst at Blue Arrow Phil held the positions of Account Manager and Business Manager, responsible for the day to day delivery of recruitment services for both clients and applicants.
